Angelica is the type of person to put herself out there and do it all. Her ability to live life as a main character blows me away. Which made her an easy choice as my first #throwbackthursday feature. She will describe herself as an actor, model, and mother, but that only scratches the surface. As a creator, she self-produced her single, Outside I See the Light, in 2020. She is an avid cosplayer, animates, and has published several manga-style works and children’s stories. I would suggest her work to anyone who has a creative vision that they just can’t seem to put to paper. Angelica will be there to amplify your vision.
We had connected in a Wisconsin Photography group with the goal to test out a bigger dream that I had for my photography. At the time there was a plateau in my work and I wanted to try a two-hour photography session for the first time. I could not imagine a more perfect little family to have a morning photoshoot with. I already knew that Angelica was beautiful, but when they popped out of the car at 5 am with curls and yellow - I could have photographed all day!
Today I still offer a two-hour photography session, love the beach, and like to incorporate bubbles for high-energy kiddos; however, we use a bubble gun instead. (It’s stressful to be in charge of blowing all the bubbles!) A lot of my own journey has been about exploring different ways to add value to my client experience and the biggest difference between this session and what I can offer now is in how many photo’s you’ll see. You might see or hear “unlimited mindset” and I’m sure it will burn me one day, but it’s a promise that I make in good faith. Today, after your photography session, I review all our images and prepare them for the viewing appointment. During your first viewing session, the 4x6 prints that you love or a 12-page 8x8 photo album are included in the session fee. I feel like this is what my sessions were missing for so long. Having hundreds of pictures on my hard drive is endearing and beautiful for me, but wouldn’t it be 100X more important to the people in the photos? The promise of an unlimited mindset is that you will see ALL the photos and ALL of the endearing moments, and you will have something to hold on to for generations.
